Clients typically experience your business in four stages:
Your marketing strategy has worked! A potential client has made their way to you and is interested in learning more. What is it like to schedule a call with you? To apply to work with you? To ask a question?
First impressions matter, so this is the most important stage. An efficient sales funnel will convert potential leads into paying customers - with less effort on your part.
The client is IN! You really wowed them with the first stage and now they are excited to get to work with you. Creating an absolutely stunning onboarding experience for your new client sets the tone for your relationship with them and will turn them into raving fans. This stage is often overlooked because the client is already sold on working with you. But this is an amazing opportunity to build off of that momentum and really WOW them.
This looks completely different for every business. What does it look like to work with you? Does your client need regular check-ins? Updates? Feedback? We will put systems in place that ensure your client feels completely cared for during the entirety of your time together.
This stage is a fantastic opportunity to gather feedback from your client and impress them one last time. Parting is such sweet sorrow. Having an amazing offboarding process is what will allow you to stick in your client’s mind long after they are done working with you - or leave them wanting more!
