Have I ever told you the story of my first manicure with High Five Nails? The manicure that changed everything about my business?

What made this manicure so special? Their client experience totally blew me away.

  • Their website, social media, in-store branding was cohesive and ON POINT โ€‹

  • Booking online was super easy, and they took my CC ahead of time so there was no awkward fumbling for my card in the middle of the manicure โ€‹

  • I received automated emails before and after with heartfelt messages, nail tips, what to expect during my visit, and even an email from the founder herself asking if I had any questions โ€‹

  • Their staff chatted with me during my manicure and made sure I had everything I needed during โ€‹

  • They offered to touch up my manicure at any time up to 7 days after my visit โ€‹

  • They gave me a little bag of goodies that were SO CUTE, actually useful, and said their name all over it


To Summarize...

๐Ÿง  They thought of EVERYTHING ahead of time

๐Ÿฅบ They made me feel SPECIAL and CUTE!

๐Ÿฆ„ They added in a few extra things to give an extra dash of DELIGHT
