Are You Ready For An Online Business Manager?




Hiring an Online Business Manager can be a crucial investment in your growing business. There is a special feeling I get after a discovery call with a business owner who just realized she is ready to take that next step.


However, I still have discovery calls with business owners who are either not quite ready to hire an Online Business Manager or should have hired one last year!


So how do you know if its time to take the leap? Here are some signs to look for:

  1. You feel drained by all of the important admin work needed to run your business. You miss just doing the thing you love!

  2. You have too many ideas but not enough time to execute them.

  3. You find yourself flying by the seat of your pants because you don't have great systems in place.

  4. You have that fantastic problem of being too busy. Getting clients isn't something you struggle with - it's managing your business once you have them!

  5. You want to give your clients a high-quality experience, but things keep slipping through the cracks.

  6. You want to make better use of different software like Asana, Acuity, Hubspot, and others, but don't have the time or headspace to research them and set them up.

  7. You tried hiring an assistant before but found it took too much time to get them up to speed.

  8. You want to keep up with your CRM and all of the different social media platforms, but don't have the time.

  9. You just want someone you trust who can step in and take things off your plate.
