☁️ The REAL reason you never have enough time
If you are feeling overwhelmed and like you never have enough time, there are a few possible reasons:
☁️ You have the time but aren't making the best use of it.
☁️ You commit to more time than you actually have.
☁️ You are addicted to your poor time management beliefs.
There I said it! I had to say it.
I have witnessed so many clients tell me they are worn out, they never have enough time, and they are at their breaking point. And then tell me they agreed to their third unpaid speaking engagement that has nothing to do with their business.
I have watched so many clients put time on their calendar to work on an important project, only to schedule three meetings during that time.
Again, and again, and again.
I have seen so many of these odd decisions around time - ones that seem counter to the person’s best interest.
I can only come to one conclusion - there is something deeper motivating these decisions. There is an addiction to a belief about how they should spend their time.
Beliefs like these:
👉 If I say yes to everyone, no one will be disappointed in me.
👉 If I don't "do it all" I will be a failure
👉 If I flake on the commitments I made, I won't be a person of integrity.
👉 If I don't say yes to everything, I might miss an amazing opportunity.
👉 If I don't work enough, I won't have enough income to sustain myself.
