🚚 Your Tech-Stack-Food-Truck-Pod

When I first made the decision to move to Portland, I was not surprised by all of the Portlandia comments I received - I was, however, surprised by all of the Food Truck comments.

EVERYONE was talking about how Portland is this Food Truck Mecca. And you know what? It is!

There are Food Truck pods all over the place.

The absolute beauty of Food Truck pods is that a group of friends can show up and everyone gets what they want. A great pod has the best of everything - and each truck is specialized.

My favorite Pod is the Asylum on SE 11th and Madison. They have the perfect balance of quantity, quality, and variety.

And your Tech Stack should be the same way.

Super quick definition of a Tech Stack - it's just what we call the list of programs you use to run your business!

You don’t want a Tech Stack that is only a few programs that “do it all” - every time I’ve used a platform that is a CRM and a Project Management tool and a communication tool, it is always a Cheesecake Factory-like hot mess.

You also don’t want a Tech Stack that consists of every program that has ever existed. When a Food Truck pod has 3 Indian trucks, 2 Pizza joints, and 5 Pad Thai places, the redundancy is overwhelming and not fun.

Looking for an example? Here is MY tech stack!
