FAQs
🤔 What is the cost?
This is an investment of $1800.
🤔 Can my team members join us for the session?
One additional team member can join us at an additional cost. Otherwise, there is a high risk of having “too many cooks” being in the kitchen.
🤔 What if I don't have a Project Management platform or tool?
Not a problem - I recommend one for you! During our session, I will most likely recommend one for you, but in the meantime, we can use Google Sheets. I will create a simplified version of a Project Management system with every single thing you might need - due dates, statuses, task assignments, notes, etc. This is a perfect place to start until you are ready for a Project Management tool with all the bells and whistles.
🤔 Can I hire you for more time if I need more done?
Possibly! After our session is completed, we can discuss my availability and retainer options. If I am not available, I will refer you to exactly who you need.
🤔 What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Quarterly Planning Intensive sessions are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule once for free up to 7-days before the session. Otherwise, there will be a rescheduling fee of $250.
🤔 What if our session is right in the middle of a quarter?
There are two options for this and I will work with you to determine the best one:
1. We will create a brief plan to get you through the remaining quarter, but our focus will be on the upcoming quarter.
OR
2. We just focus on the next 90-days.
