There’s this cliche saying: You have the same 24 hours in a day as Oprah.


I never liked this saying because - it's just not true! Oprah has almost 800 employees. Oprah does not spend any of her 24 hours doing admin work for her company. That means that all of her time is spent doing only what she is best at. 


Whether I am the first person you’ve ever delegated work to or the newest addition to an already established team, you do not have to do this alone! 


The intention of this video is to get you acquainted with my process and answer any other questions you might have. Please bookmark this page, as you might need to reference it in the future.

I pride myself on being pretty accessible. My clients all have my personal phone number, I always return calls and text, and I check emails throughout the workday. However, I also pride myself on having excellent boundaries. This allows me to keep my work and my sanity totally streamlined. 


The best way to communicate with me is through email. If you have feedback, a new idea, a question that requires more than a one-sentence answer - shoot me an email at

I am also a big fan of Zoom calls! If you and I haven’t already established a weekly Zoom meeting to check-in, please email me ASAP with a few times that will work for you to meet each week. These meetings should last 15 - 30 minutes and are super important. They keep us on track! 


Please note: I need at least 12 hours notice if you are going to cancel a meeting. Otherwise, I will bill for the time the meeting would have taken. 


The monthly retainer payment is always billed and due on the first of each month. Any additional hours will be billed on the 1st of the following month, and due within 15 days. I will never go over my retainer without consulting you first.

  • I will send you an invoice for each month’s retainer on the 1st of each month, so you are always paying for one month in advance.

  • Your payment is also DUE on the 1st of each month, so please plan accordingly.

  • If I go over the hours of my retainer (with your permission), I will bill for those additional hours on the 1st of the following month. You have 15 days to pay this invoice. 

There is a late fee associated with late payments, and I will pause work during the time that payments have lapsed.
