As many of you know, I work closely with hot genius / operations wiz Ariana Tenine.
Half of my time goes towards my own clients, optimizing Offer Suites.
The other half of my time goes towards building systems for Ariana’s clients (see: The Architect)

We often work with our clients for 3 - 6 months before releasing them back into the wild.
But one client…. We just can’t shake (because, even though she’s technically younger than both of us, we want to be her when we grow up. Reeeeeeeeeally obsessed with this woman.)

As of writing this email, we have been working with 6FC for almost 3 years and counting.
Me, I love the work.
I love collaborating with Ariana.
I love the ladies on the 6FC team.

I collaborate with Ariana on tech, and I get to experiment a LOT. I’m always learning and building new things.
My proudest build?
The tech behind the Accelerator Membership.
The Accelerator teaches its members to leverage their current skills and skip the tedious job application process through networking to land a 5-figure salary increase in 6 months.
This is one of the main offers at 6 Figure Chick Consulting™, and there is a LOT that goes into onboarding, managing, and offboarding these clients.
LET’S DO SOME MATH.
We just launched the last Accelerator Cohort and onboarded almost 200 members within a few days.
That is 200 welcome emails with links to
200 custom workbooks
200 progress trackers
200 onboarding forms to complete
200 profiles in our member directory
That is also…
200 members added to our database to track data
200 members onboarded to Slack
200 members given access to the program course material
200 x 24 coaching calls, aka 4,800 calendar invites
👉 That’s 1600+ tasks, all automated.
👉 During the 2 weeks we spent launching this most recent Accelerator Membership, I spent about 10 hours managing the Onboarding Zaps and fixing any tech glitches.
👉 Compare that to the 130+++ hours it would have taken to complete all of the tasks above manually.
This is ONBOARDING only, and just the backend tasks.
The more Ariana and I have refined the automations and systems for The Accelerator Program, the more our refund requests have gone DOWN.
(Data queen Ariana gives us the good, good, data to validate this)
So to answer my original question:
When you are onboarded to a group program or membership and the delivery is lackluster,
It’s because that program doesn’t have Ariana and Devin laying out the optimal experience for the clients and the team, and building the tech to support it.
And because I really wanted to impress you, I counted how many automations Ariana and I currently have active running this program:
