The hidden tax on your brain (and how to cut it)

Fleabag is one of my all-time favorite shows.

I love that it’s heartbreaking, hilarious, and so painfully real — sometimes all in the same scene.

One of my favorite moments is her confession to the priest:

“I want someone to tell me what to wear every morning. I want someone to tell me what to eat. What to like. What to hate. What to rage about… I want someone to tell me what to believe in. Who to vote for and who to love and how to… tell them.”

Fleabag's confession of decision fatigue is a moment of raw truth in the show, and lately, I’ve been feeling it deep in my bones.

Running a business means I’m making decisions all day, every day — big ones that matter, and tiny ones that still take up space in my head.

By the time I’m done working, I’m begging Rob to decide where we’re eating, what we’re doing this weekend, even what I should wear to leave the house.

Sometimes I fantasize about a “normie” job where the big decisions are made by someone else, and I just clock in.

But here’s the thing: I want to make the big calls for my business.

I just can’t waste my brain on remembering which step comes next when delivering to a client, or how a thing is supposed to be handed off.

This is exactly why I start every build with a Process Mapping Session - which you can now purchase for $500 😘

When you have a documented, efficient process, you don’t burn energy figuring out “what now?” every time.

You just show up and do the work.

We take a step back together, look at your offer, and decide the smartest way to run it — then we map it out so it’s highly efficient and not living in your brain.

And as a bonus, when you book a Process Mapping Session, you also get into The Club (my paid waitlist with some very good perks).

Your business deserves your best brainpower for the big stuff. Let’s stop wasting it on the little stuff.
