✅ A Google Folder is created
✅ All relevant Google Docs are created from an existing template
✅ A ClickUp Task is generated, with all client info + links

From there, I created custom statuses in ClickUp for every phase of the trademark process.
Each status comes with:
An overview of what needs to happen during that phase
Subtasks to keep track of what needs to get done
Start + due dates based on phase length
step-by-step instructions on what to do
