The ONLY reason I can work from the opposite side of the world ๐ŸŒŽ

HOW am I working from Vietnamโ€ฆ in a timezone that is literally the opposite of my clients?

99.9% of people in my position just become night owls and take calls at 9pm, 10pm, midnight.

(I know because I've asked EVERYONE how they make this work.)

Unfortunatelyโ€ฆ that ainโ€™t me, babe ๐Ÿ˜ญ Iโ€™m out cold by 9pm.

So this month:

๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ No client calls

๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ No coffee chats

๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ No late-night anything

Which meant I had to line up my schedule verrrry carefully.

And the only reason this was even possible?

My offer is MAPPED OUT.

I know how projects overlap.

I know what each monthโ€™s workload looks like.

This means I can intentionally plan months like this one.

A month where Iโ€™m across the world, unavailable for โ€œnormal hours,โ€ and still delivering at a high level for clients.

๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป MOOD ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป SLAY ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป QUEEN ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป

This is how I plan my entire year.

How I know:

  • how many clients I can take

  • how much revenue is realistic

  • when new clients can start

  • when I can travel

  • when I can rest

No guessing or overbooking or wishful thinking.

My workload is predictable.

I can plan my business around my life โ€” not the other way around.

If you want that kind of controlโ€ฆ

๐Ÿ‘‰ Itโ€™s time to get your offer mapped.

This is the foundational work that lets you take time off, travel, book clients intentionally, and stop spinning your wheels.

My calendar is open for Process Mapping Sessions in January.

If you want more freedom, fewer surprises, and a workflow you can actually plan aroundโ€ฆ this is where we start.

For the curious โ€” hereโ€™s my current Vietnam schedule (with pictures!):

๐ŸŒ… 5:00 AM: Wake up + quick computer check

I usually catch the tail end of my clientsโ€™ day and respond to anything urgent.

I then clear my inbox + notifications

Everything that stacked up overnight gets handled early.

๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ 7:00 AM: Yoga

Vietnamese yoga is NO JOKE ๐Ÿ˜…

(I'm humbled.)

โ˜• 9:00 AM: Coffee shop work session

Rob and I pick a new cafรฉ every day because the coffee culture here is POPPING.

3-4 hours of uninterrupted focus time.

๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Afternoon: Gym + sauna

A little treadmill, a little strength training, a little steam time.

๐Ÿ™๏ธ Late Afternoon: Exploring the city

My favorite part. ๐Ÿ˜
