What this $25k coaching program got wrong
“For $25k, she should have known everything about me.”
I still think about a conversation I had with a client while I was building her membership database in Airtable.
She told me she once paid TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to be in a group coaching membership, and was reflecting on her experience while I helped her build her own membership.
“For that price,” she said, “that coach should have known everything about me. But she didn’t.”
And she wasn’t wrong.
There are a few ways to make more money from an offer:
High ticket, fewer clients.
Lower ticket, more clients.
And in some situations, a combo of both)
When you have fewer clients at a higher price point, it is possible manually onboard clients a few times a year and still give them that HIGH QUALITY experience.
But the moment you’re serving multiple people at once, everything falls apart breaks when you don’t have systems.
You physically do not have the time to track everyone.
Your team doesn’t either - unless you’re hiring one person per client (you’re not, that's not how math works).

things slip.
context gets lost.
People wait for next steps.
Clients feel like just another name on a list - even when they’re paying a premium.
When you charge higher prices, your client experience has to be a cut above.

She knows what's going on with the community as a WHOLE, as well as each member INDIVIDUALLY.
3️⃣ Created automated reminders.
Someone completed their homework three months in a row? My client can reach out with a custom CONGRATS!
Someone missed 3 calls in a row? My client can reach out with a custom - everything OK?
