Dubsado 3.0 Survival Guide
If you have still been using 2.0 (I know! Change is hard!), you may have noticed that logging in now takes you straight to 3.0.
Don't freak out!!!!!
Yes, it looks a lot different. And YES - 3.0 was glitchy for the first few months.
BUT WE ARE IN A GOOD PLACE NOW! You have to believe me when I say - their new layout is way different because it's way better.
And that's all it is - a new layout with better features. Everything you need is still there.
So here is your Dubsado 3.0 Survival Guide
1. Look around!
Pretty much everything you need is still there, its just in a different place and maybe with a different name. There are more drop downs and things are slightly rearranged.
Take a deep breath and give yourself 60 seconds to look around and see if you can find the Scheduler (now living in "Events") or the canned emails (now called "Custom templates" inside of "Messages").
2. Ask the Dubsado Chatbot
As someone who spends A LOT of time talking to customer service for all kinds of tools, practically daily - Dubsado's AI chatbot is actually not bad!
It can give you simple answers (such as - "where are my proposal templates?") very quickly.
And for any question you have that is more complicated, just type TALK TO A HUMAN! And it will pass you over to Curtis or Alyse or Lucas.
3. Watch "Getting started with Dubsado 3.0"
Dubsado has an entire playlist HERE with all kinds of 3.0 specific videos.
Some of the videos may be slightly out of date, as they've made a few more design updates since filming the videos - but nothing major!
4. Attend the live events
Dubsado has a few different workshops you can attend HERE.
If you are really feeling lost in the sauce, I highly recommend the Dubsado Office Hours, every Wednesday at 9:00AM PT.
