“F*ck. I have to do this all over again next year?”

I was catching up with my roommate in the kitchen.

She was telling me about a dance company in Canada she just auditioned for.

(Noooooo, please don’t move out! Can you make your dreams smaller so we can keep hanging out all the time??)

I was telling her about a sales call I had that day.

(It went well!)

“I think if this new client signs this week… her deposit will finally push my gross revenue to $100k this year!”

So I opened my Airtable tracker (titled: CAS$$$HFLOW).

We both leaned over the kitchen island to stare at the screen and waited for it to load.

“WAIT.

OH MY GOD.

OH MY GOD.

OH MY GAGA!

I ALREADY DID IT!”

$102,000 as of this week.

We hugged. We screamed. We jumped. Her cat fled.

And then I stared at my laptop and whispered:

“F*ck. I have to do this all over again next year?”

This was my first year of truly consistent, sustainable business growth.

And yet the milestone felt both thrilling and… daunting 😬

Because to hit that number, I had to burn out earlier this year.

I found my limits. I met my capacity.

This year was full of growth and a lot of lessons.

Now, I want to do it again… without the burnout.

Because what I experienced is the same thing so many of my clients experience: My business grew faster than my systems. 📈
