How I doubled the revenue from my main offer

Projected Gross Revenue: ~$115,000
Retainer work: 44%
Offer Optimization projects: 37%
Dubsado VIP Days: 8%

Actual Gross Revenue: ~$87,000
Retainer work: 60%
System Builds: 19%
Dubsado VIP Days: 6%
I earned roughly the same amount of money from retainer work both years, but my total revenue was higher.
💡 My growth came from DOUBLING the revenue of my main offer.
I transformed my Systems Builds into what’s now my Offer Optimization package
and sold more of THAT.
My goal for 2026:
Make my Offer Optimizations 60% of my revenue.
❓How'd I do it?!
👉 I figured out the structure of my offer.
I finally leaned into a framework and something specific that I was able to turn into a repeatable process.
✨ Killer branding. Big shoutout to Emily Paulsen of Electric Collab
My brand does a lot of heavy lifting in making my work easy to talk about and easier to sell.
💌 Relationship marketing. I track and nurture every lead, referral partner, and contact in my Automated Relationship Database.
This keeps me top-of-mind with the right people, without feeling robotic.
🧩 Strong systems. (DUH!) Every build, every SOP, every automation meant I could take on major projects without a team.
Systems are what let me deliver consistently, keep clients happy, even when I was burning out.
I cut the fat in my process
automated the boring stuff
and designed processes that support a top-tier client experience, even as a solo strategist.
My husband (and assistant!) Rob helps with admin a few hours a week, because I documented everything. Otherwise, I don't need a team yet - just efficiency.
