🌟 What I’m doing more of
I started offering these as one-off sessions a few months ago, and they have been a hit!
Relationship Marketing.
I think this will always be the backbone of my business. I’ll keep using my Automated Relationship Database to stay connected and nurture my community.
Bigger, deeper projects with my Offer Optimizations.
I’m focusing on fewer builds that have a bigger impact.
That means fewer slots next year but deeper transformations for the clients I do take on.
Writing more.
These emails have become one of my favorite ways to connect with you. I love writing them and I get a lot of positive feedback from readers!
🚫 What I’m doing less of
Coffee chats (kinda).
I’ll never really let them go. You can pry coffee chats out of my cold, dead fingers!
They’re how I meet amazing people, find new biz besties, connect people I think should meet, and find my clients.
BUT I’m limiting them to just a few days a month to protect my calendar. I've started doing this by accident this month (whooops) and I actually love it!
Tiny projects.
I love quick-turn builds, but they scatter my focus.
I don't want my brain on so many businesses at once anymore.
When I go deep with a client, the results are bigger, cleaner, and more sustainable, and that’s where I want to stay.

I'm always working smarter, not harder.
So I'll keep what's energizing and profitable only.
