Stop making your clients chase you 🚫

If you were honest... How often do your clients ask you for things?

  • “What’s the schedule again?”

  • “When will this be delivered?”

  • “What do you need from me?”

Your delivery should be proactive, fullll stop.

They should never have to DM, “Heyyyyy, any updates?” 🫠

If your clients are asking too many questions:

this is a signal that your offer's delivery needs some love.

When you’re constantly reacting instead of leading, your client loses confidence.

And you lose control. And also it's kind of embarrassing 🫣

Here’s the fix!👇

Know your delivery timeline.

Not the vague “a few weeks,” but the actual period of time each phase takes.

Communicate that clearly and often.

Have a project template.

Even if it’s just a simple list inside your project management tool. Every task gets a due date and an assignee.

Nothing slips through the cracks.

Automate reminders.

Your client is busy. Don’t let your work slide to the bottom of their pile. Automated forms, emails, or notifications keep things moving without awkward chasing.

Protect your boundaries.

Tell them up front, put it in your contract, and add it to your emails when it makes sense.

I promise, your client will feel safe inside your warm boundaries <3

Being proactive is what separates freelancers from business owners.
