This is the 8th email I’ve written tonight
It’s Friday night in Portland. I’m on the bus headed to an ’80s Cure vs. Depeche Mode night (LFG) !
This is the 8th email idea I’ve written tonight - all dictated via voice-to-text while Rob silently wishes I’d put my phone away before we walk into the club 💃🏽
But when I’m in my creative state, I can’t help it. The ideas just come.
I’m more focused than ever because my business is tiiiiiiite, I mean TIGHT!
My offer is mapped out, my processes are streamlined, my automations are humming, and my SOPs are clear.
Now I get to just create.
Write emails. Share ideas. Show up in my communities.
This kind of freedom in business starts with process mapping:
👉🏾 When you see your offer laid out clearly, you stop being lost in the sauce and can focus on high-impact work instead.
👉🏾 You stop carrying the whole system in your head so you have room for other things in there.
👉🏾 You spend more time delivering things for clients that only you can do, and less time doing manual bullsh*t.
I’ve been in that messy, “what am I even doing?” place.
That’s the most exciting and terrifying part of entrepreneurship.
(The ups! The downs! They're big!)
Right now, I’m clear. I’m in flow. I feel good. I'm dancing with a bunch of elder punks in an old church!
So this is my last email for the night. But not the last for this month, or this year.
And if you want that same creative freedom, the kind where your business supports your creativity instead of blocking it -
👉🏾 A Process Mapping session is the first step.
This 60-minute session…
👀 Brings clarity to what’s really happening behind the scenes of your offer.
⚡ Pinpoints inefficiencies and gives you a clear plan to streamline.
💻 Recommends tech to cut busywork and free you up for high-impact work.
You’ll leave with…
A visual map of your offer’s process.
A plan to streamline your offer’s process.
And tech recommendations that cut busywork so you can scale without duct tape.
