What I hear ON REPEAT during my sales calls

I hear the following SO OFTEN on my sales calls, I'm getting close to being able to recite the speech for my leads before they even start...

The list goes something like this:

✅ everything manual, all living in the founder's head.

✅ small team, and they just started using slack for communication and its going okay.

✅ otherwise - no real visibility over the projects, tasks, or workloads.

✅ no proper project management tool, maybe a spreadsheet.

These items are sometimes said with a bit of embarrassment, so I like to emphasize:

"You are not alone! I hear this every week!"

You hired smart team members who are good at what they do, and you probably started out pretty in sync.

AND

as your client base grows and your team does too, you need to grow your systems for keeping it all together.

Do you know, at a glance, (for you OR your team members)...

☑️ Which tasks are overdue?

☑️ What needs to be done this week?

☑️ The workload for next week?

Or is everyone winging it, doing things based on what you tell them and your memory????????

How do you feel about that???????

How does your client feel about that?
