HOW DOES IT WORK?

GETTING STARTED

I will spend some time getting to know you and your business so I can best support you and your unique needs. There is also some homework for you to get your Dubsado ready for me to dive in.

CLIENT WORKFLOW

I work with you to map out the ideal journey for your client. I ensure that the workflow (1) is easy for you, (2) is easy for your client, and (3) allows Dubsado to do all of the heavy lifting!

IMPLEMENTATION

I collect everything else I may need, including contracts, proposals, branding, forms, questionnaires, invoices, client information, emails, etc.

PRE-VIP DAY CALL

This is an important time for us to review your Client Workflow and answer any remaining questions that I may have.

VIP DAY

This is the day that I will set aside to do the dang thing! I will ask that you keep an eye on your email that day just in case I have questions, but otherwise, you DO NOT need to be around.

OFFBOARDING

After I set up your Dubsado, I want to walk you through everything I set up for you. This call will be recorded for you to reference when we are done!

Then you receive your β€œNow What?” guide and 30 days of email support!

  • Dubsado is an incredible business management tool that allows you to do so much in just one place, including invoicing, creating and sending forms like proposals and invoices, scheduling, questionnaires, and MORE!

    My favorite part - it can all be set to AUTOPILOT!

  • If you are a busy business owner, you don’t have time to NOT use Dubsado. If you spend hours each week creating and sending contracts or proposals, chasing down clients for scheduling or payments, and all of that other admin stuff - you are wasting time and money unnecessarily. I will ask you to spend a few hours ahead of time filling out an in-depth questionnaire to make sure I have everything I need for your VIP day. Other than that, I will set up everything FOR you - in ONE day!

  • Your investment will be returned ten-fold via working hours you and your team will gain!

  • I recommend you have had at least a few clients already for the offer you want to focus on during your Dubsado VIP Day. This gives us both a starting point for what you want your client journey to look like.

    Besides that - It is always a good time to set up a streamlined experience for you and your clients. Your business is not going to wait for you. The sooner you have Dubsado set up, the sooner you can get back time in your business. The best part - I do all of the hard work for you in just ONE day.

  • Your pre-work should only take a few hours at most. I recommend scheduling an afternoon to just sit down and get it all done at once!

    The Pre-VIP Day and Offboarding call are 1 - 1.5 hours each.

    Completing the homework in your Now What? guide to learn your new system during your 30-day support period depends on YOU - but can take about 5+ hours. I recommend scheduling one morning of afternoon per week to work on your homework.
